I have offically been told by three different personal trainers not to look at the scale this summer.
They told me straight up that I am really strong and that all I need to do is cardio and strength things and my muscles will start showing ( aka I will become more lean). They told me I have them there, but that we just need to work out having them show ( again aka getting more lean). Which is why I am changing my goal weight to dun dun dun 145. Now this is not going to come fast but as long as I focus on being healthy, and my clothes fitting better then the scale wont matter as much, so here is to hoping I reach 145 :) at some point haha.
At the end of the summer I will take a picture of myself and compare it to the beginning of the summer- because I want to be fit not skinny. Duh I would like to have survived the hunger games, and well fit girls do :)

morning cardio:
tredmill run- 30 minutes- burned 375 cal
10 minute stair stepper
afternoon-
10 minute run warm up- 100 cal
1 hour personal training session ( It hurts to move.)
